Here are the main HIGHLIGHTS of pay AND other details finalized in 10th Bipartite Settlement
Settled as : Proposed hike of 15% ‘Pay Slip Components’ which will be distributed among various components of monthly pay such as Basic Pay, Special Pay, FPP, PQP, Dearness Allowance, HRA, CCA, and Other Allowance.
1. A step towards 5 Days Banking
Holiday for 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month
It was a good news for bankers in 10th BPS that by agreeing to work for full time on 1st 3rd and 5th Saturdays in months Holiday for 2nd and 4th Saturdays approved by IBA. Only disappointment is in a month having 5 Saturdays, there will be full working days on 3 Saturdays (first, third and fifth).
2.Special Allowance (New Allowance)
7.75% of Basic Pay. D A is payable on this allowance.
3.Leave Fare Concession
Officer shall be entitled to receive an amount equivalent to the eligible fare for the class of travel of which he is entitled up to a distance of 4500 kms (one way) for officers in JMG-Scale-I and MMG – Scale II & III and 5500 kms (one way) for officers in SMG- Scale IV & above.
